I'm really tired of the braindead comments about optional HD models. I am able to install custom skins for enemies and such, by placing the mods in the custom folder.This project has gone non-public. It also may need you to rename the files to match want would be the target Alex skin in the game instead of the given names in the CM repository. Is there a different process for Alyx? You can find models from the character pimper and just copy the models and materials folders of the units you want into the customs section of the MMOD CM version. It doesn't work for the episodes due to the gameinfo. Do you put proper folder on sourcemods? It worked for me, but only for the Half life 2 Update mod. It won't show up straight away, you need to restart steam. The games need to be on the same drive as the sourcemod folder, for me it's C: drive. Did it show up in you library? Mine didnt.
